I'm still getting used to this.

Just like the title says, I am still getting used to this so-called blogging thing.

I want to take the time to talk to whoever may read this about a very giant issue. Sunday night, a Sophomore from my school played the "choking game" and died. I will not mention his name because I don't want to get into trouble, but I will use his initials. CM was a very shy sophomore moving to Winslow not long ago. Today we got the news that he had died from the choking game. I have witnessed people playing it, and I was even being offered to try it also. Thinking it was the most idiotic game, I had refused. I really feel for his family, and even though I did not know him well, he will be missed by me. What I am trying to say is, STOP THE MADNESS. I don't understand why someone would want to even try this, but for those who do, Please, Stop.

So as life goes on in the World of Shniphs... I thought I would go into the 'of the week'

Song of the Week: Make Damn Sure by Taking Back Sunday
I chose this because I have found myself listening to it more and more everyday.

We were talking about the lovely banked curves in Physics class. Our teacher was saying how if you go too slow on a banked curve, you would slide down the bank a little. But if you went to fast, he mentioned, you would go off the road. We had to guess what was on the outside by the way.

First Time Blogger

Since I am new to this so called blogging thing, I thought I would start by saying that I am very excited to be trying something new. My friend Lizzy blogs a lot, so I thought that I would give it a try. I apologize if I am not consistent with my posts, I get very distracted with homework. - Shniphs

I thought today would be a great day to start blogging since we have a snow day. So here we go.

The song of the week: Kanashimi no Mukou e
I chose this song because it's the ending song to the anime School Days. I absolutely fell in love with it, and I find myself listening to it non-stop.

The anime of the week: Beast Master
Here is a picture from Beast Master that I drew.
It's not really the best. I kind of threw it together in 10 minutes. The hand could most definitely use help. But anyways, if you want a cute Shojo manga, then I recommend this. It's very adorable, and I wished there were many more chapters.
